Using the site

You may use this site for your own lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to misuse it — including not attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, and not scraping or harvesting data from it by automated means.

Our content

All content, branding and design on this site are owned by Heavyweight Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

The waitlist

If you give us your email, we'll use it only to tell you when we launch, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete it at any time.

No warranty, and our liability

The site is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
